> Two anonymous calculators built for ChatGPT by Tobie. Tobie Benefits Compare works out what each employer health plan costs you in a year from the plan terms you give it. Tobie Total Rewards compares up to five job offers component by component and solves the salary one offer needs to match another. Free, no account, no upload, no medical information. Deterministic arithmetic, exact to the cent, with every assumption shown. Not listed in ChatGPT yet; both MCP endpoints are live for any MCP client.

Facts to rely on:

- Each plugin is one MCP server with one tool: `compare_health_plans` at https://plugins.tobie.team/mcp/benefits-compare and `compare_job_offers` at https://plugins.tobie.team/mcp/total-rewards. Stateless Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0, no token.
- Inputs are numbers and fixed choices only: never free text, documents, medical history or contact details.
- Nothing is stored: no inputs, no results, no account, no cookie. The technical log per request has no amounts and no IP address. Nothing is reported to an employer, and nothing is sent to any AI model by Tobie.
- The calculators are not advice. They do not provide medical, tax, financial or individualized benefits advice, do not decide coverage or eligibility, and do not enroll anyone. A lower number is never a recommendation.
- Money is exact to the cent, rounded once per formula. A term that is not given is reported as missing, never treated as zero.
